International SOS Clinic subscriber clients have access to the International SOS Clinic TeleConsultation app, which enables client’s subscribed employees the option to have a scheduled video-consultation with the medical professional based at the associated International SOS Clinic.

After contacting the International SOS Clinic to request an appointment, the Clinic team will determine if a TeleConsultation with the Clinic doctor is appropriate and will issue the appointment details via the app. This ensures that the patient can discuss medical issues in real-time, when visiting the Clinic may not be possible.
