App Description

This app is for use by invitation only for select patients and research participants at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. When used in conjunction with a paired wearable device, this app will allow the CHOP team to help track parameters such as exercise, heart rate, physical activity, nutrition, and any side effects experienced throughout your participation in certain CHOP-based programs and research studies. This app should not be used as a substitute for communication with your medical team or emergency medical services.
