This app is intended as a companion app for users with an existing King-Devick account.
The King-Devick Remote App may be used to remotely administer the King-Devick Test in association with Mayo Clinic Concussion Screening Test and other King-Devick products such as King-Devick Pro Monitoring. The King-Devick Test in association with Mayo Clinic is an objective, remove-from-play sideline concussion screening test which can be administered by parents, coaches, athletic trainers or medical professionals in minutes. Peer reviewed published research has shown that the King-Devick Test in association with Mayo Clinic is an accurate and reliable method to help identify athletes with concussion on the sidelines. Peer reviewed published articles have also shown that King-Devick Test can be an effective tool in monitoring that progression of disease in chronic neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, migraine, Huntington’s disease, hypoxia, age related macular degeneration and other chronic neurodegenerative diseases.
With the rapid adaptation of Digital Health the King-Devick Remote App can allow health care providers to administer King-Devick products when the subject/patients are not required to be physically evaluated in person by that health care provider
