App Description

These 5 basic exercises constitute a good practice in preparation for meditation.
Use your breathing to focus your consciousness.
The app contains animations for each exercise that show how to focus your consciousness in the body at the same time as your breathing. The animations are only indicative of speed. Find your own rhythm.
Feeling discomfort in the head or body stop the exercises.
In the first two exercises you can make an alternative exhalation to the ground.

The exercises are inspired by the work of Jes Bertelsen and Bob Moore.
