When you breathe well, you will be well. When you breathe poorly, your body becomes stressed, anxious and unwell.

Take a Breath teaches you the science, and then provides a training mechanism that helps you reset your breathing patterns and breathe well again.

The Take a Breath App has been created in conjunction with physicians and scientists from Berkeley, Stanford and Auckland universities.

Take a Breath is your personal support guide that ensures you breathe well, everyday, while you work.
