•. Use Biometrics (e.g. Fingerprint) or your Security Number to quickly access your accounts.
•. View and interact with your Business and Personal Current accounts, Savings accounts, and Credit cards.
•. Check your balance and your transaction history for Business and Personal accounts.
•. Transfer money between your accounts.
•. Make a payment from your business accounts to a new or existing payee.
•. Deposit cheques of up to £5,000 per day.
•. You can now Chat with Sandi to get the support you need.
• Find support and useful links to assist you with your business needs through our Beyond Banking programme.
•. View and set up standing orders and view Direct Debits.
•. Authorise online payments securely using the app.
•. Share your account details directly from the app.



Before you start:
Visit Santander online banking to check if we have your current UK mobile number. This is so we can send you One Time Passcodes. Once that’s done, it takes just a few minutes to get started with our app.

• Open the app and log on using your existing Online Banking details.
• We’ll send you a One Time Passcode (OTP) by text message.
• Enter the code into the app and we’ll register your device.
• We’ll ask if you want to set up Touch ID or Face ID to log on.
And that’s it, you’re in.

Remember:
• Never share a Santander One Time Passcode (OTP) with another person. Not even a Santander employee.
• Never move your money to a new account for security reasons. If you’re asked to do this, it will be a scam.
• Always confirm new payment requests or requests to change bank details. You should do this in person or on a publicly available or trusted number.
