About Privacy

Your privacy always comes first.

All location data is stored only on your own device. If you’re worried about losing data, you can back it up to your personal iCloud account. Neither the platform nor any third party can access your location history.

When location sharing with family members is enabled, only your latest location is shared with them.

Even without opening the app, Footprint Map continues recording your journey automatically. The app also lights up the cities you’ve visited, giving you the joy of unlocking new places around the world.
