App Description

UTHET Telehealth is a new-age premium Web and App based platform developed for UT Health East Texas patients and providers focusing on telehealth treatment delivery in collaboration with TheraNow. It enables healthcare providers from different specialties to provide online treatment to their patients using state-of-the-art premium technology developed by TheraNow. Streamlined appointment management, treatment, patient progress tracking and reporting are the key features of the App.

The App enables you to effortlessly manage your appointments with your UT Health East Texas healthcare provider. This means, your online treatment is now just a click away, without having to visit a brick-and-mortar doctor’s office.
As soon as your provider decides to treat your health condition via telehealth, the provider or the facility manager creates your profile on the platform and the user credentials are shared via e-mail. You can then login to the app using the shared credentials, and from there, you can start your 2-way video sessions with your healthcare provider. You will also be able to send secure messages, receive home exercise programs, and perform the HEP with the App. The platform also tracks your progress in real-time and reports back to your provider. Our security and encryption are in-line with HIPAA standard guidelines.
Joint recovery services provide extensive physical therapy care improving the outcome measures as compared to the present conventional ways.
