Micad GLN Scanner

The Micad GLN Scanner App is an implementation aid for NHS Trusts committed to GS1 rollout. The App is specifically designed to speed up and improve reliability of the labelling process for GLN barcodes fixed to walls and doors. By scanning the GS1 GLN barcode, the App lists the room’s physical address together with any related meta and ‘functional’ occupancy data. The CAD floor plan provides the confirmation needed to be assured that correct room has been chosen for libelling. The room highlighted in red automatically at the request of the GLN lookup.
The complete CAD plan is featured great quality on iPad and iPhone, precise detail becomes available for review together with services layouts if you have them.
