Our app encourages employee engagement through contests, recognition, rewards, team events, career development paths and surveys to improve the employee experience.

We promote peer to peer recognition and rewards as well as from the leaders. Our goal is to reduce turnover and increase engagement.

Employees can give each other points, which are redeemed through gift cards. Leaders can create contests the employees can be entered in, and update their stats via a leaderboard.

They can sign up for philanthropy events and take training classes all scheduled through the application.

Leadership can also push surveys to the employees to gain valuable feedback to facilitate improving employee happiness and engagement.

There is also a daily check in, to gauge the feelings of the employee and trend these responses to measure the company's efforts to make their work lives better.
