IHCL I-ZEST digital features allows guests to interact and engage with IHCL hotels by minimizing the physical touch, but maximising quality of service. Digital enhancements will span guest experiences, from pre-arrival to departure offering zero to minimal touch options through innovative facilities such as digital pre check-in registrations to contactless guest access to their rooms via digital mobile key cards at select hotels.

The IHCL I-ZEST Mobile key lets you use your phone as hotel key to unlock guest room and public areas
using BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology on one’s mobile phone to activate the key; thereby allowing a guest to control the lock of their room’s door using their mobile only, eliminating any contact with the door lock. The process is secured with OTP authentication for app registration. This is secure Valid from the time of check-in to check-out, the key gets atomically disabled to ensure the safety of the guest at all times.
