App Description
The Ralli Solicitors app uses the latest technology to link you to your lawyer quickly and easily, helping to move your claim for personal injury compensation forward.
The app aims to provide information about the steps to make a personal injury claim as well as linking your very own case to tell you where in the claims process you are and what is going to happen next. You can see all your documents and letters and even sign authorities and forms.
The app allows you to communicate with your lawyer 24 hours a day by sending messages and photos whenever you like. Your lawyer can also send messages to you which will be kept neatly within the app, recording everything permanently.
Using our free app, you can:
• get automated regular updates about your case on your phone or tablet whilst on the go
• view and sign forms or documents, returning them securely to you
• view detailed case history, including all messages, letters and documents
• check the progress of your case, view milestones and see what stage your case has reached using our visual tracking tool
• send messages and photos quickly and easily directly to your lawyer’s inbox (without needing to provide a reference or even a name)
• gain direct access into your social media channels (Twitter and Facebook)
• get help and information about the whole claims process
• receive reminders if we need information from you to help progress your case
• communicate with your lawyer when it is convenient for you.
