Our app allows you to make your own profile and provides you the ability to access and share your health data. Whether it is a loved one or your own profile, you can review each appointment and see what occurred. As a client, you will have your own personal registered nurse to act as Your Medical Advocate, and you can be at peace knowing that all the appropriate information is being recorded. After each appointment is finished, your registered nurse will submit the notes within the app. You will have full access to your appointment details, the notes taken, and have the ability to speak directly with your registered nurse or Your Medical Advocate support.

Medical information cannot be shared with anyone unless the client gives consent. All medical information is safely stored in this HIPAA compliant app and can only be shared between the registered nurse, the client, and Your Medical Advocate staff. Family members or friends who desire to see and keep up to date with you or a loved one's health care and medical appointments must receive permission from the client.
