BASIC RULE
- Play one card matching the discard in color, number, or symbol.
- Play a "Color Card" no need require color and can select next color.
- Draw the top card from the deck, then play it if possible.

COLOR MODE RULE
- The deck of COLOR MODE consists of 116 cards: four each of "Color Card" and 28 each of four different colors (RED, YELLOW, BLUE, GREEN). Each color consists two each of 0 through 9, and two each of "Pickup One", "Pickup Three", "Block", and "Reverse" (power full party reverse card). These last four types are known as "ac
