Historic Houses members enjoy hundreds of offers of free entry to independent historic house, castle, and garden attractions across the UK when they show their membership card.

At most participating attractions, you can display your membership digitally using our app, if you don’t have your physical card. Cards remain non-transferable and must only be used by the named member.

You can also browse attractions – both those that offer free entry to members and those that charge everyone – on a zoomable map and by proximity to your location.

Remember that all the attractions we list, including those that participate in our member-access scheme, are independently owned and run, and their own terms and conditions apply. We advise visitors to contact any property they wish to visit, directly, in advance of setting out, to check if the attraction is open, if it is admitting Historic Houses members for free, and if it accepts cards in digital form.
