This is for Staff of WaitWell customers with existing waitwell accounts. Keep your lobby, customers and staff safe with our touchless queue and line management and Appointment software. Built in Canada, WaitWell is trusted by post-secondary institutes, motor vehicle registry offices, medical offices and retail outlets across North America. WaitWell is safe, simple and secure and highly configurable for any organization type.
The App provides ability to use QR code scanning to admit customers in Event mode, PushNotifications regarding waiting customers and more.
Visitors do not need to download an app - they can join your queue by QR code, weblink or SMS Text. Staff can manage the queue through a web browser or using the WaitWell Staff App. The WaitWell Staff App allows staff to add users to the queue, assign and edit tickets and scan tickets to verify admittance and automatically control capacity at busy locations and events.
Multiple workflow solutions for handling Large Events with QR Codes to admit and a Full Appointment system that integrates into the wait queue.
