Using decades of research, Immersion Neuroscience measures your brain's activity before, during, and after athletic workouts. The mobile application pairs with fitness bands using Bluetooth, and may also pair with your Apple Watch using the companion app. Both Fitness bands and Apple Watch Companion app integrate and use the Apple Health App (HealthKit).

We allow the individual athlete to add sessions for workout and training.

Bluetooth is used to pair BLE Enabled Fitness Bands.
