- Help you understand how often you procrastinate
- Tell you why you procrastinate
- Give you the insights to take action to "unstuck" your life.

Here's how it works:
1/ Choose when and how often you want it to check on you
2/ At those times, the app will notify you to ask if you are procrastinating
3/ If you are procrastinating, the app ask you why
4/ The app will then show you a breakdown of your main reasons to procrastinate, as well as score you each day you use it

After using the app for a while you'll be motivated to improve your results and get your graph up to 100% procrastination-free.
