Consult

Consult is a voice-driven tool for researchers to conduct in-person or remote interviews, surveys, focus groups, and customer observation.

Information gathered in the push-button recording interface is sent to a central Content Management System (CMS) where the voice is transcribed to text.

Consult channels are ideal for research which involves subjects keeping audio diaries. Or it makes it simple to collect Oral History. Using consult in your research is only limited by your imagination.
