AT Local is our on-demand rideshare service.

The AT Local service runs within defined operating areas. You book your ride on AT Local through the mobile app or dedicated call centre.

You request your pick-up and drop-off points when making your booking, but a short walk (an average of 120 metres) is required to complete most trips.

The service is run using electric cars and vans. Passengers with a wheelchair or a disability will always be matched with a fully accessible vehicle.

AT Local is a rideshare service. This means you will probably share your ride with other customers who are going to the same place as you.

AT Local is designed to be used in combination with AT’s bus, train and ferry services. You can use AT Local to complete a local trip within the defined operating area, or to get to a bus stop, train station or ferry terminal for onward travel.
