• Preparation which is adapted: whatever your level, discover our preparation guides and training plans adapted to each time target time over the distance.
• Exclusive prizes: take up our challenges and be rewarded by our official partners to motivate you during your preparation.
• Detailed monitoring of your training sessions and above all the possibility to compare yourself with your friends, your family or colleagues also taking part in the event.

How does it work?

1) I download the HOKA Semi de Paris app and I log on with my time to account.
2) I connect my running application or my connected watch.
I start my training!
3) My training sessions are uploaded in the HOKA Semi de Paris app.
4) I can take up the challenges, monitor my preparation and that of my friends.

For spectators:

• Along the course, or warm at home, your dearests will be able to follow your steps thanks to the live tracker created for this edition.
• To do so, two simple options; either through the internet or the official application.
• The runner must register to automatically share his localisation at every kilometre of the race. Everyone can track up to 10 runners with different features:

• Consultation of the participants.
• Real time localisation of the runner on the map.
• Rankings by category as soon as the elites have arrived.
• Sharing on Twitter.
• Activation of a “Finisher” badge once the run is completed with the result.
