HEA eLearn

The e-learning module on Human Error Avoidance & Doer-Checker process have been developed to increase awareness among all HCL employees across geographies and to create a know-how on the various tasks and their importance. The said courses will enable employees understand how this module can enable or enhance the day-to-day operations diligently and as per company policy. These courses are mandatory for all employees up to E4.2 band from knowledge and compliance perspective.
