Event entry is the first interaction attendees have with your event. The RingCentral Organizer app is enabling organizers to create a flawless check-in experience with self-service and Kiosk mode check-in including badge printing.
All registration information and event settings for the RingCentral Organizer app are set within the RingCentral Organizer Dashboard web platform prior to the event.
The Seamless registration and check-in process of the RingCentral Organizer app includes:
- Scan QR codes from registration confirmation emails for contactless check-in
- On-demand badge printing
- Offer a password-protected self-service attendee check-in Kiosk Experience
- Use customized kiosk screens for self-service check-in Kiosk Experience
- Show and confirm attendee information before checking-in and printing the badge
- Sync guest list data during the event in real-time (if the check-in device is online)
- Offline check-in and badge printing for a seamless check-in experience even if the internet connection is poor
