Welcome to my virtual studio friend! Hang on to your cupcakes (those are your glutes in my world) because you are in for some great workouts and a ton of fun! I've been teaching group fitness since I was a freshman in college and currently live in Mississippi with my two crazy daughters and hubby. I currently wear a few different hats in the industry like being the co-creator of Barre Above, a master trainer for Balletone, co-owner of the Fit Biz Club, adjunct faculty at Clemson University in non-profit leadership, and a fitness instructor both in person and online...... and I love every single second of each one of those. My goal is to create workouts that you will actually ENJOY doing and that feel more like a PARTY than work. Everyone is invited to this party!
