DealPointSearch

DealPoints is an app to search for deal points in acquisition agreements and other documents. After you select a pdf document and import that document into the app, the app will search for selected common terms in those documents.

You can also use the app to search for text in a pdf document. Select a pdf document to import, and the app reads the text in that document and converts it into searchable text entries. As you input your search, the app finds the entries that include your search words. You can then click on the relevant entry and see the full text for that entry and click that text to see the pdf page where that entry is located.

You can also save and share entries. After you save entries, you can search another document for similar content by clicking the magnifying glass to the right of the search bar and selecting "Find Similar Sentences"

The app also saves your searches, so you can re-use them by clicking the magnifying glass to the right of the search bar.

When importing a pdf document, the app converts your pdf document into text entries on a page by page basis, or if you select, either passage or sentence for the text entry method, enabling more refined searches.
