Service requests allow us to rapidly dispatch technicians, accelerating repair times so equipment works when you and others need it.

• No need to provide location details for the equipment
• Use your phone’s camera to scan the barcode of the equipment License Plate sticker
• Or, type in the License Plate
• Pick from preset problem descriptions for the equipment you’re reporting
• Optionally, choose to receive email or text messages about the status of the request
