Log your miles by any of the 3 methods available in the app and with any activity you choose.
- Choose your activity: Choose any activity you want. You can walk, run, hike, bike, swim, snowshoe, paddle, and more! The aim here is to get and stay active – any way that you’d like.
- Use the Pedometer: Our built-in pedometer tracks your steps, distance, average speed, and duration. Just tap on the start button and choose your activity to begin tracking your steps in this easy-to-use pedometer.
- Log your miles manually: Log your miles in three easy steps by choosing your activity, inputting your distance (mi or km) and date (plus other optional information), and choose which challenge(s) to apply it towards.
