Sinus Surgery CT Checklist

This app was designed by the creator as a pre-operative sinus surgery CT checklist to help trainees and Otolaryngologists who are performing endoscopic sinus surgery. The checklist aims to highlight high-risk anatomical structures that should be identified on the CT scan prior to commencing surgery to help enable a safe outcome. Key structures related to vascular, orbital and skull base anatomy must be identified, classified and "checked-off" on the list. This list has been previously validated as a useful educational tool for resident trainees.

- Under references, a select list of relevant literature has been listed with direct links to the select article
- No information is stored from the app. It is meant to be simply used as a "pre-operative checklist" similar to the "time-out" or "surgical pause" that is done before each surgical case.
