How Rubber Bridge works
Players bid in an auction to set the contract, trump suit, or No Trump. After the opening lead, dummy is revealed and declarer plays both hands.

Score points for making the contract, or award undertrick penalties to the defenders if the contract fails. A rubber is won when a partnership wins two games; each game is won at 100 contract points.
