The CCHA Flare app helps you refer patients quickly to one of CCHA’s pediatric experts across its integrated and comprehensive network.

With CCHA Flare:
• Find the right pediatric referral for your patient.
• Refer patients with a simple tap, or have staff send referrals on your behalf.
• We’ll connect with the family within 24 hours to arrange an appointment with a specialist.
• The app will notify you with appointment details, keeping you in the loop right from your mobile device.
