All meal plans come with a description related to the specific diet and lifestyle.
RECIPES
Over 200 recipes ranging from breakfasts, main meals, snacks, juices, and smoothies.
Recipes come with nutritional information, step by step instructions, macros, servings sizes, and photos.
Choose the number of servings you want to make of any recipe and the ingredients will be modified.
Add recipes to your grocery shopping list and have it ready to go when you go out shopping.
SUBSCRIPTION
SimpleFit is free to download and offers three premium subscriptions, monthly, annually, and lifetime. All options include a 7-day trial. SimpleFit Premium provides full access to the app including all meal plans and recipes.
