LR-Sat

LR-Sat is one of the tools available for LionRidge's MSI (Maximising strategic Investments) Methodology. It allows partners in a strategic investment or solution to quickly and easily register their current satisfaction level with the investment against a series of predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Senior executives can then simply assess whether the investment is going to plan without disturbing project managers and can easily drill down to interrogate particularly worrying or positive scores and the reason behind them.
