Hollings Clinical Trials

This application is designed for patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and research staff seeking information about cancer clinical trials available at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Hollings Cancer Center (HCC) and participating sites within the MUSC NCI Community Oncology Research Program for Minority and Underserved (NCORP-MU). Clinical trials are research studies that evaluate new approaches to cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care.

This application is organized into cancer treatment, cancer prevention, and supportive oncology clinical trials. Cancer treatment trials can be explored by disease group, helping users find studies that may be relevant to their specific cancer type. Users can explore actively enrolling clinical trials through an enhanced search experience designed to help identify studies that may be a good fit. Trial listings include patient-friendly titles, summaries, keywords, study details, and contact information. MUSC employees with a MUSC Net ID can also access study documents such as protocols and informed consent forms.

Users may click on the NCT link to connect to the CT.gov webpage and find the current trial eligibility criteria. All users can submit a contact request for help, and an employee of the Hollings Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office will respond.
