The Towne Insurance mobile app, Shield24, allows you access to your insurance information, including:
• Auto IDs
• Policy information
• Request forms to change or modify account information

AUTOMOBILE ID CARD
With Shield24, you can view, print, email or even fax your Auto ID Card directly from the portal. This makes it easier to find what you need in an emergency situation.

POLICY CHANGE REQUESTS
Send requests to add, delete and/or modify your insurance coverage from wherever you are, anytime of the day. Easily request these changes to automobile, property, and equipment policies, to name a few.

PLEASE NOTE: Requests for the addition, deletion, or modification of coverage are not effective until authorized and confirmed by a licensed representative of Towne Insurance.

To log into your account from Shield24, your policy must:
Be an active policy
Not be subject to any other policy restrictions
