Epson Printer AR App

Epson Printer AR App is a free application that allows you to visualize Epson products in AR (Augmented Reality) on the screen of iPhone or iPad, and visualize their size and functions.

Key features:
By using this application, you can check the installation space and installation image of Epson products in your environment.
You can easily make AR appear by simply placing the printed AR marker wherever you want to install the product and read it with the application.
You can also check the image of attachable options like finishers, opening and closing images of moving parts such as covers, and paper output images.
(*Please note that printing speed may differ from the actual printing speed)
The AR image can be moved forward, backward, left and right, inorder to let you search for a suitable installation position without moving the AR marker.
You can also use the Screenshot function to take a picture of the AR image.

Instructions and Notices:
・Please download the AR marker from the following URL and print it out to an A4 size paper. https://support.epson.net/arapp/EPSON_MARKER_DL/iframe_pdf.html

・Do not bend the AR marker, but place it on a flat, unobstructed floor.
・When reading the AR marker, bring the device's camera close enough so that the distance to the marker is within 1m. If the camera and marker is far away, the marker recognition rate decreases.
・When using the app, please make sure that the room is sufficiently bright. *The AR marker may not be recognized correctly in dark places.
・To prevent light from being reflected on the AR marker, avoid placing the marker directly under the light source.
・If a problem occurs such as AR image tilting, move the camera closer again and read the AR marker. *If rereading the AR marker does not improve the problem, close the app and then read the AR marker again.
・Do not place black objects around the AR marker.

Supported OS: iOS 15.0 or later
*Models that correspond to the above OS and support AR Kit are compatible devices, but depending on the performance of the model, the image quality and operability of the AR application may decrease.
