CUSTOMIZABLE MEAL PLANNER
The application offers 2 different nutrition plans. The first plan tracks all meals, while the second plan offers a flexible plan that includes pre- and post-exercise nutrition only. At the beginning, you can choose the plan with your personal information such as age, height, weight and create your personal nutrition program.
