DIVA is a self-service, AI citizen engagement channel created to help the Government of Mauritius to help handle the stream of questions that come from the public.
DIVA has been built based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). It uses deep learning technology inspired by neural networks, which can learn unsupervised, thus enabling it to provide instant answers to questions posed with varying degrees of complexity.
MAIA supports citizens by answering common queries and collecting feedback from citizens in English and French. It makes citizens' lives easier and helps the Government focus on more complex issues.
The main purpose is to provide accurate information and be available 24x7..
