eSchedule Mobile App

eSchedule is a powerful, easy-to-use, mobile workforce management solution designed to meet the unique needs of public safety, government and healthcare organizations. Version 2 of the eSchedule Mobile App includes new, powerful scheduling, timekeeping and messaging functionality.

You can view your schedule and your organization's schedule, bid on open shifts, initiate and approve swaps and covers, clock in and out, view your timecard and PTO balances, and request time off. Depending on your organization's configuration and your messaging preferences, you can receive open shift, shift swap, shift bid, event and PTO notifications as push notifications. You can also receive messages from administrators and set default shift reminders so you are never late for your scheduled shifts!
