Most of the time we don't want to store all our property information in one app, which is both a hassle and a risk of compromising our privacy.
We just want to care about our money income and expenditure in one or several areas.
For example.

We can plan a certain budget, and then record each income and expenditure, so that we can understand our income and expenditure details and make better property management.

Based on this concept, we made this app which is different from other bookkeeping apps. The app is based on the core of "budget" and organizes "budget" and "category" through the bridge of "transaction".
