You are invited to participate in the Nova Scotia Health TCARS-2022 study. This application is designed for participants in the Shared Care Thyroid Cancer Follow-up Utilizing Thyroid Cancer Assessment Reminder (TCARS) study through Nova Scotia Health Authority. The app provides participants in the TCARS-2022 study with the ability to submit patient-facing questionnaires as well as receive reminders for upcoming visits with your primary care provider.

This app is specifically intended for the TCARS-2022 study only. The application uses HealthKit and Apple's ResearchKit library to conduct clinical trials
