How to use Exert:
• Enter information about your gender, height, and weight.
• Choose your Primary Goal, whether it’s to Lose Weight, Get Toned, or Bulk Up.
• We will create a plan based on the info you provided.
• Visit the Workout tab and see Today’s workout for you.
• You can also visit the Library to view all workouts.
• Add your favorite workout to your Library for easier access later.
• Go to Meals tab to search for Healthy Recipes.
• You can also add any recipes to you Favorite recipes folder.
• Go to your profile to view your Program and Activity
