Download the BITS app to gain access to our autonomous store on campus BITS, enjoy convenience items and healthy food options with a seamless checkout process.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Download and signup for the BITS app before you visit the store. Use the QR code to enter the autonomous store and grab your shopping items from the shelf. Our autonomous technology will record chosen items or items reshelved.
Step 2: Once shopping is complete, you may simply exit the store. A virtual receipt will be sent to you shortly after and charge the payment method inputted on the app.
