iCanQuit+ is a quit smoking app available to individuals who are a part of the Promote-UP research study. The app provides tips on staying motivated to quit, coping with withdrawal and cravings, and preventing relapse. Researchers at the University of Florida and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center are doing a study to learn if the iCanQuit+ app helps people quit smoking. You will be able to download and use the app if study staff determine that you are eligible and after completing the consent form.
