- Swimming: Offering you personal and group training at our facility or at the comfort of your home.
- Injury Rehab: Work with BR rehab specialist to eliminate your aches, pains and sports injuries.
- Pre/Post Natal: BR offers its clients Pre/Post natal specialised coaches to help you stay fit or get back on track.
- Mobility: Complement your training plans or simply focus on improving core strength, overall mobility and posture.
