Use Unpluq to:

- Choose what times you want apps blocked
- Choose only the apps you want to block
- Unblock apps by making a conscious decision with an Unpluq distraction barrier
- Select the distraction barrier you prefer, or go RANDOM to make it harder
- Choose how hard each distraction barrier is
- Block different apps on different schedules

Choose your distraction barrier:
- Shake your phone for some time
- Tap a random pattern of buttons
- Scroll through blank space
- Randomly pick one of the above barriers
- Scan a unique QR code
- Use your Unpluq Tag on your keychain
