Simplify your traveling in Stockholm using Res i STHLM, a free journey planner for SL, the Stockholm region's public transport authority. Either you're traveling by bus or commuter train, metro or light rail, the app helps you plan you whole journey easily.
Functions:
Search trip - Specify where you want to travel within the Stockholm region and get proposals for journeys including the subway (metro), commuter trains, local trains, buses and boats among others
. Select real time or scheduled departure times. See walking path on the map.
Right exit - See which exit/entrance in subway you should go to.
Next departure - Showing current departure times for any chosen stop and line.
Favorite locations - Save your favorites to speed up future trip searches and view upcoming departures
. These are available in the Apple Watch extension as well and enable you to look up departures directly from the Apple Watch.
Traffic state - Showing any disruptions or deviations affecting the public transport.
Share trip - Send trip details by sms, email or other sharing options.
Reminder - Specify how many minutes before departure you want to be reminded, and the app will remind you either in the iPhone or in your Apple Watch (when the phone is in sleeping state).
Buy SL single ticket - For your chosen trip, the app can hand over zone information to simplify your ticket purchase from SL. Note: The app itself does not save the ticket, it only assists you to start the buying process correctly.
Automatic language support for English and Swedish. Ability to change in settings.
The app supplies information about all of SL:s public traffic thanks to the Trafiklab API:s SL Place locator, SL Nearby stops, SL Journey planner, SL Realtime information, SL Traffic situation och SL Deviation information.
