Large word lists

As far as possible, the dictionary in WordStream will include all words of the language. As a general rule, you can expect to see most words in the game.

All ages

WordStream generates the game dynamically and can build puzzles of sizes between 3*3 and 15*15 letters. Preschool kids can look for letters in a 3*3 game, and even experienced players will find a 15*15 game challenging.

Single player and Multiplayer

In single player mode, you face the challenge of finding all the words. Points are given, based on the time you take to solve the puzzle.
In MultiPlayer mode, the game becomes a competitive game. The host - the player that started the game -decides the difficulty and resolution of the game, and each player gets a copy of the host’s game on their device. Up to four players can play the same game, and each player marks words with their color. It is great fun when you mark a word and you hear the other players exclaim, as they were just about to mark the same word.

Online dictionary

This really is one of my favorite features of the game. As you look for words, you sometimes come across words that you don’t recognize. Just tap the word and the game will open a browser and check the word for you in an online dictionary. While you are browsing the dictionary, the game-time pauses, so you won't have to worry about your high score, even though you take time out to
learn a new word.

Gorgeous graphics

The game that is released as version 1.0 is really more like version 10. We have worked and reworked the graphics to be as nice and clean and pretty as possible. The graphics artist, Morten Skytte is an experienced graphics designer and a motion graphics professional.

Fun win screen

When you win a game, you see a high score screen that has been designed to be playful and fun. For each word you have found, you get a ball, and the balls are jumping around, bouncing on each others and the screen edges. You can pick up balls and throw them around, and they react to gravity when you rotate the device. They are really fun to play with.

Seven Languages

Word
