iWeld

iWeld assists users of the Welda range of manual butt fusion machines to make optimal joints every time.

By selecting the Welda model, entering the pipe details and choosing the appropriate welding standard the application automatically calculates all the critical weld parameters. Parameters include pressures, temperatures and timings for the various stages of the fusion process.

The information is presented clearly and concisely. The application can also assist the operator throughout the fusion process by providing pre set timers, handy hints and general guidance.

iWeld works with the following butt fusion machines:
* Welda 180, 250, 315, 400, 500 and 500HF
* Bulldog 315 (select Welda 315)
