A tenant management app that supports all features to manage tenants in a home, flat, or shop. Upon vacating a property, owners can rate their tenants on their behavior, cleanliness, etc. The owner can also view the ratings or previous reviews of any new tenant.
In this app, an owner can save multiple properties in different locations. Property can be of following types:
1. Individual room.
2. Flat
3. Shop.
4. PG (Coming Soon)

There can be multiple buildings owned by one owner. In each of these locations, he can add properties. Each individual property can have its own electricity, water, maintenance, and security charge. Owners have ability to send reminders to tenants regarding rent payment. There are also various reports available to owners, such as a list of dues and total electricity and water consumption.
