App Description
Aplikasi SAPA Pegadaian mengintegrasikan seluruh channel contact center Pegadaian untuk dapat menangani keluhan secara real time dalam satu genggaman.
Aplikasi SAPA Pegadaian dapat diakses oleh dua tipe User, User Login dan User Non Login. User Login dapat menggunakan seluruh fitur yang ada didalam aplikasi Sapa Pegadaian, sedangkan User Non Login hanya bisa menggunakan 4 (empat) fitur Utama Sapa Pegadaian yaitu

Telepon / Voice Call
Fitur telepon ini merupakan fitur voice yang dapat digunakan oleh Nasabah maupun Non Nasabah untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diperlukan atau menyelesaiakan masalah secara gratis dan tidak dikenakan biaya/pulsa.
Video Call
Fitur Video Call merupakan fitu voice yang menggunakan visual layakanya video call. Dapat digunakan oleh Nasabah maupun Non Nasabah untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diperlukan atau menyelesaiakan masalah secara gratis dan tidak dikenakan biaya/pulsa.
Live Chat - WhatsApp
Nasabah atau Non Nasabah akan langsung diarahkan ke Whatsap resmi Pegadaian yaitu “Kontak Pegadaian” dan akan ditangani langsung oleh agent khusus untuk menyelesaikan masalah atau memberikan informasi kepada Nasabah ataupun Non Nasabah
Live Chat
Nasabah/Non Nasabah dapat menggunakan fitur Live Chat di aplikasi Sapa Pegadaian dengan memasukan informasi pribadi seperti nama, email dan nomor handphone.
Nasabah / Non Nasabah akan langsung diarahkan ke Email resmi Pegadaian customer.care@pegadaian.co.id) untuk menyelesaiakan masalah atau memberikan informasi kepada Nasabah / Non Nasabah.
Media Sosial
Nasabah / Non Nasabah akan langsung diarahkan ke Media Sosial resmi Pegadaian (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter dan Instagram) untuk menyelesaikan masalah atau memberikan informasi kepada Nasabah / Non nasabah.
Nasabah dapat melakukan tracking Ticket keluhan yang dibuat pada aplikasi Sapa Pegadaian melalui fitur progress ticket.
Selain fitur handling complaint, Sapa Pegadaian juga mempunyai fitur transaksi yang hanya dapat diakses oleh Nasabah yang sudah melakukan registrasi pada Aplikasi Sapa Pegadaian.
